On November 1, the unveiling ceremony of the Shenzhen Biomedical Industry-Education Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Industry-Education Alliance") was held at Shenzhen Polytechnic University (hereinafter referred to as "SZPU"). The Alliance was jointly established with SZPU as the lead unit, together with a number of influential biopharmaceutical production and operation enterprises, industry associations (societies), universities, and research institutions in Shenzhen. Alliance member units were elected at the ceremony, and Shenzhen Cell Valley Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was elected Vice Chairman Unit of the Shenzhen Biomedical Industry-Education Alliance.

To implement the relevant policy requirements of the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System, the Several Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening Industry-Education Integration, and the Shenzhen Biopharmaceutical Industry Cluster Development Implementation Plan (2020–2025), and guided by the principle of "government support, university-enterprise cooperation, resource sharing, and mutual benefit," the Alliance pools collective strength through its community to promote industry-education integration, support the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talent, serve technological breakthroughs and talent reserve improvement in the biopharmaceutical industry, and advance industrialization development.

Shenzhen Cell Valley has established deep cooperation with Shenzhen Polytechnic University. Leveraging the university-enterprise cooperation model, the two parties are jointly building a multi-dimensional, all-round, and in-depth talent education and training platform, collaborating across the entire process from textbook compilation and theoretical teaching to practical enhancement, supporting the cultivation of applied talent for innovative technologies and scientific and technological innovation. Shenzhen Cell Valley possesses leading technology in the industrial-scale production of retroviral vectors and continuously pursues scientific research exploration and improves its industry chain layout. It shares high-quality resources with Shenzhen Polytechnic University, jointly contributing to the development planning and talent cultivation mechanisms of the cell and gene industry, strengthening talent leadership in Shenzhen's cell and gene therapy field, and driving scientific and technological innovation and development in the biopharmaceutical industry.
